*About work*

Bright yellows, fresh greens and clear blues flow across the paper in sweeping, loosely connected
strokes. Scattered touches of orange and violet enliven the composition, suggesting wild grasses and flowers caught in the warmth of sunlight.

In Sunlit Meadow, Goh Beng Kwan allows the colours to move freely, creating an open and refreshing
composition. There is a wonderful lightness to the painting, with its lively brushwork and cheerful palette evoking the simple pleasures of a sun-filled landscape.
