*About work*

A lively profusion of pinks, purples, blues and greens fills the composition, interspersed with
touches of yellow and sweeping, rhythmic brushstrokes. The colours suggest wildflowers
flourishing freely, their forms blending into a vibrant landscape.

Goh Beng Kwan captures the exuberance of nature without confining it to recognisable
shapes. The free-flowing ink and overlapping colours give Wildflower Rhapsody a sense of
spontaneity and abundance. Rich in movement and colour, the painting has a cheerful,
spirited character.
